Inland Northwest Society for Human Resource Management and Our Sponsors Present,
Creating a Culture Where
Feedback Sticks
FEATURED Speaker:
Chris Wheatley
Program Description:
Many organizations encourage feedback, but struggle to ensure it’s truly heard, applied,
and sustained. This interactive workshop focuses on how to build a culture where giving
and receiving feedback can take hold and drive meaningful growth and results.
Key Takeaways:
Participants will explore common barriers that cause feedback to be resisted or ignored,
and learn four practical steps any leader can take to shift feedback from a one-time
exchange into an ongoing, effective practice.

Meet Chris Wheatley! He's the co-founder of the Wheatley Leadership Group, whose mission is to unlock potential through leadership development, coaching and organizational consulting. Chris is also proud to work for Numerica Credit Union, serving as the Vice President for Organizational Learning, where he oversees the development of employees at all levels on strategic leadership, interpersonal effectiveness, and creating high performing teams.
