Pending Approval for 1 General HRCI Credit / 1 SHRM Certification Credit
During this program, we'll share up-to-date Spokane job market insights to help inform your 2026 hiring decisions, including competitive pay and benefits. We’ll also explore proven strategies for running a recruiting process that is both efficient and effective—without sacrificing the candidate experience. Finally, we’ll discuss practical approaches for “managing up” and aligning recruiting expectations across your organization.
You'll learn to:
> Interpret current Spokane labor market trends to inform 2026 hiring strategies.
> Conduct an analysis of your current hiring process, and walk away with ideas on how/where to improve.
> Create strategies for communication with your leadership team to align recruiting expectations, timelines, and outcomes with organizational leaders.
Meet our speaker, Jennifer Koenig, Vice President/Branch Director at Robert Half Talent Solutions

Jennifer grew up in southeast Alaska in a small fishing town called Ketchikan. She attended college at the University of Oregon in Eugene, where she majored in Business Management. In her current role at Robert Half Talent Solutions, Jennifer manages three practice groups: Permanent Placement, Contract Accounting, and Contract Administrative/Customer Service Support.
Jennifer’s professional career has been focused on roles in management and sales. She has lived in Arizona, Oregon, Alaska and now Spokane since 2009. She has been with Robert Half Talent Solutions since 2015, where she specializes in permanent placement. Jennifer has been known for her consultative approach, working closely with hiring leaders to understand business goals, company culture, and role requirements —ensuring every placement is not just a skills match, but a strategic fit.
She is equally committed to candidate success and serves as a trusted advisor throughout the job search, offering market insight, interview coaching, and career guidance.
On the personal side, Jennifer enjoys spending time outside with her husband, 13-year-old son and three dogs: Rosie, Pepperoni Fighter Jet and Lightning.
